*Trainees and Radiographers:

Trainees is defined as a full time resident, fellow, or specialist registrar (SpR) in an accredited program, who is receiving advanced training in a specialist field of medicine in order to eventually become a consultant or attending physician. Radiographers, also known as radiologic technologists, diagnostic radiographers and medical radiation technologists are non-physician healthcare professionals who perform diagnostic imaging examinations of human anatomy. Please include verification from your department chair, program director, or a link to your program website which has your name.​

  • All prices are subject to change.

  • All scientific program registration fees are charged in US Dollars and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company or payment processor.

  • In order to obtain the listed rates, Global Radiology CME must receive payment in full by the published deadline date.

  • Unless specified, accommodation is not included.

  • Unless specified, meals are not included.

  • Unless specified, tours are not included.

Cancellation

  • From registration until 160 days prior to the start of the event: $500.00 USD of the Scientific Registration will be retained as an administrative fee plus any applicable bank transfer fee incurred by Global Radiology CME. (This does not apply to hotel reservations or post tour cancellation policies.)

  • From 159-120 days prior to the start of the event: a 50% penalty for the Scientific Registration Fee will apply.

  • Within 120 days prior to the start of the event: the Scientific Registration Fee is non-refundable.

  • Non-arrivals are liable for 100% of the Registration fee.
