In order for our tour operator to deliver these bespoke experiences we need to adhere to their reservation guidelines. Global Radiology CME will accept tour cancellations up until April 15, 2027 with a 10% cancellation fee. After that date we need to submit our final numbers to our tour operator, so cancellations will NOT be allowed. Please see specific cancellation policy for each tour.
