Clario zVision Communication Notes Tips

Clario Medical

Communication notes are used for two purposes:

  • To communicate to operations if there is an issue with the study.

  • To document a communication to the care provider.

There are two different buttons to use for each of these notes:

Clario zVision Communication Notes 1

Use the communication note to indicate a problem with the exam, such as missing images.

Use the communication log to document a call report.

Above: On the worklist, you’ll see a communication note icon in the indicators column to show which exams have notes. The red/pink icon will indicate that the note is not complete. The gray note indicates the note is complete and the case is ready to read.
