Main Conference with June 5, 2026 Kyoto Add-on for Participant and *Trainees / Radiographers includes all the above and:

  • Additional 5 hrs. CME/CPD for a total of 29 hrs. USA CME/CPD 

  • Online downloadable syllabus

  • Morning brunch on June 5, 2026 for the registrant

  • Add-on is ONLY available to those registered for the Main Conference

*Trainees and Radiographers:

Trainees is defined as a full time resident, fellow, or specialist registrar (SpR) in an accredited program, who is receiving advanced training in a specialist field of medicine in order to eventually become a consultant or attending physician. Radiographers, also known as radiologic technologists, diagnostic radiographers and medical radiation technologists are non-physician healthcare professionals who perform diagnostic imaging examinations of human anatomy. Please include verification from your department chair, program director, or a link to your program website which has your name.​

  • All prices are subject to change.

  • All scientific program registration fees are charged in US Dollars and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company or payment processor.

  • In order to obtain the listed rates, Global Radiology CME must receive payment in full by the published deadline date.

Scientific Program Cancellation Policy:

Notification of scientific program cancellation must be sent by email to Global Radiology CME at: info@globalradcme.com

Refunds of scientific program registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received by March 1, 2026 - Full refund, less a US $300 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations received after March 1, 2026 - No refund.

  • Registrants who are unable to attend are welcome to transfer their registration to a colleague at no charge. You must notify Global Radiology CME about the transfer by May 21, 2026.

  • In the unlikely event that the scientific program is cancelled by Global Radiology CME, we will refund the registration fee in full, but cannot be responsible for any hotel or travel costs.

  • Cancellation fees will be waived if pandemic travel restrictions or quarantines from registrant country of origin prohibit travel to the conference destination, or if the conference destination imposes travel restrictions or quarantines on registrant country of origin.
