Awards Dinner

NOTE: Due to inclement weather, the Awards dinner has been relocated to The Hilton Tokyo Odaiba. Meet in the Chinzanso Lobby for transport to The Hilton Tokyo Odaiba at 5: 45 pm.

Attire: Business Casual. 

June 3: Celebrate the conclusion of the Tokyo conference with an elegant evening on the water. On June 3, depart the hotel at 6:00 pm for a memorable Tokyo Bay Dinner Cruise, where you’ll enjoy fine Japanese cuisine while taking in glittering skyline views of the city from the water.

During the cruise, the evening will feature the Global Radiology CME Awards Presentation, recognizing excellence in radiology knowledge and education. The blend of celebration, networking, and breathtaking scenery makes this night a highlight of the conference.

Return to the hotel by 10:00 pm, filled with inspiration and memories to carry into the Kyoto and post-conference programs.

• 8:30 pm Awards Presentation

• Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, taxi, etc.).

• Seats may not be designated.
