SAM fee includes:

  • SAM credits. Imaging in Israel - 2017 had a maximum of 14 SAM Credits available. Exact number TBA 1 week before the congress.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to the Conference Secretariat: iii2017@diesenhaus.com

Refunds of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received by April 10, 2017 - Full refund, less US$400 handling fee.

  • Cancellations received after April 10, 2017 - No refund.

 

In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled by Global Radiology CME, Diesenhaus-Unitours will refund the registration fee in full, but cannot be responsible for any hotel or travel costs.
