On June 7, depart Kyoto by Shinkansen bullet train for Hiroshima. After savoring Hiroshima’s famous okonomiyaki for lunch, spend the afternoon visiting the Peace Memorial Park and Museum, a moving tribute to the city’s history, followed by a stroll through the tranquil Shukkei-en Garden. Overnight accommodations will be provided at the Hilton Hotel Hiroshima in an Executive Room with breakfast included.

On June 8, discover the beauty of Miyajima Island, home to the iconic floating torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine. The afternoon is free for relaxation or exploration, with accommodations again at the Hilton Hotel Hiroshima in an Executive Room with breakfast included.

On June 9, travel through the scenic landscapes of Yamaguchi, beginning with the elegant Kintaikyo Bridge, followed by a visit to the dramatic Akiyoshidai Plateau and Cave, Japan’s largest limestone cave system. In the late afternoon, return by Shinkansen to either Kyoto (arrival 6:19 pm) or Tokyo (arrival 9:33 pm), concluding an enriching extension of your conference experience.

Exemptions/Destinations/Itinerary Guarantee:
- The departure and arrival times and time to be spent at destinations written on the itinerary are an estimate. The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on weather, road conditions and congestion at destinations.

Transportation:

- Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, taxi, etc.)

- Train times may change due to timetable alterations or other reasons.

- Seats may not be designated.

Regarding Luggage on Shinkansen

- It will not be possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto Shinkansen. If bringing large luggage, please make use of the delivery service.
